At The Bake Shed we want you to make the most of our delicious tray bakes.
Below are some simple guidlines on how to look after the products giving them the longest shelf like and their best look whilst on display.

For a clean break, cut end of foil tray open then ‘snap’ slices along cut line whilst frozen.
Defrost required slices to last 1 or 2 days – especially with cake slices as they diminish quicker.
If product topped with chocolate cover as soon as possible once removed from freezer and do not allow water droplets to form on the top. Water will be absorbed resulting in the chocolate losing its shine.
4 hours to thaw with slices separated but can be enjoyed cold…..and warm!!
Whilst products are on display try and keep them covered under a dome or in a cake cabinet.
Whilst they are sleeping overnight, keep them covered to lengthen their shelf life.
